At inahuee (inahuee.com) we respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have. The site is run from Argentina, and this policy is governed by Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under your local law, such as the UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act or US state privacy laws.

1. What data we collect

  • Data you give us: your name, email and message when you use the contact form, and your email if you sign up for the newsletter.
  • Browsing data: technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. What we use it for

  • Answering your questions.
  • Sending you the newsletter, if you signed up.
  • Understanding how people use the site so we can improve it.
  • Showing ads, including personalized ads.
  • Keeping the site secure.

We don’t sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Cookies and third-party advertising

We use our own cookies and third-party cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies let Google and its partners show you ads based on those visits.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of other vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info. To learn how Google uses data, see this Google page. More details in our Cookie policy.

4. Who we share data with

Only with the providers we need to run the site: our hosting service, the newsletter tool, and Google’s advertising and analytics services. Each of them handles data under its own policies. We may also share data if a law or a competent authority requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need to reply, and your newsletter email for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we delete it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data at any time by writing to us from the Contact page. Under section 14(3) of Law 25,326, you can exercise your right of access free of charge every six months, unless you show a legitimate interest in doing so sooner.

Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the authority in charge of Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone who believes their personal data rights have been affected.

7. Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children under that age.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
